1. INTRODUCTION
1.1. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of 19annur, operated under [Your Business Name/License], a Bangladesh-based cross-border ecommerce platform focused on footwear, fashion accessories, and electronics.
1.2. By visiting and interacting with our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all our terms and policies.

2. ORDER POLICY
2.1. Orders can only be placed for products currently listed on our website.
2.2. Products are categorized as either:
- Global Products: Imported on-demand, usually sourced from international suppliers (primarily China), and require advance payment (fully or partially).
- Stock Products: Locally available in our warehouse and eligible for 100% Cash on Delivery (COD).
2.3. Orders containing global products must be paid in advance. COD is not applicable to these items.
2.4. Once an order is confirmed and paid (fully or partially), it cannot be canceled or modified.
2.5. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, especially for international products influenced by currency rates, supply chain issues, or import duties.
3. DELIVERY POLICY
3.1. We offer an Open Box Delivery Policy – you may inspect the item in front of the delivery agent before accepting it.
3.2. Delivery timelines:
- Stock Products: 2 working days within Dhaka, 3–4 working days outside Dhaka.
- Global Products: 10–15 working days from order confirmation.
3.3. Delays may occur due to:
- Courier service issues
- Weather disruptions
- Customs or clearance delays
- Political unrest or unforeseen international events
In such cases, an additional buffer of 10 working days may be required for global orders.
4. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
4.1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
You may request a return or exchange if:
- The product delivered is defective, damaged, or incorrect
- The size or variation received does not match your order
❗ Note: Returns will NOT be accepted for “change of mind,” “no longer needed,” or similar reasons.
4.2. Conditions for Return & Exchange
To qualify:
- The product must be checked in front of the delivery agent (Open Box Policy)
- Must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged
- Must include original packaging, tags, manuals, warranty cards, and any freebies
- Customers must arrange and pay for the return shipping
4.3. Refund Policy & Process
- If a global product is not delivered within the stated time frame, you may request a refund after the period has expired.
- Refunds are also applicable if the delivered item is defective or does not match your order.
- Once verified, refunds will be processed within 10 working days.
4.4. Exchange Policy & Process
- For eligible exchanges, global products may take another 10–15 working days.
- Customer must cover return delivery fees and any shipping charges for the new item.
- If you request an exchange without being eligible (e.g. for non-defective items), a service fee of BDT 200 will apply.
